Many thanks for that.

Sorry about the date problem. Got the 1872 for George from the Pilot version of the Familysearch.org site.

I had George born 1861 in my database so thanks to you I have matched up Ella & family with George's ancestors.

New York is packed with Rossiters with very similar names.

Leo Benedict Rossiter is the son of Thomas Rossiter & Mary Ann Farrell.Was Leo's son,Thomas born in New York please?

Leo Joseph Rossiter is the son of George & Ella.

I am just sifting through a pile of New York Rossiters in the hope I can finally get them sorted out!! LOL!!
