Looking for the parents of Erastus Hewitt b 1807 in NY, brother b 1812 in Leeds, Ontario, Canada. Does anyone recognize this name? Trying very hard to link Erastus and Ezra Hewitt to same parents. Ezra's oldest son b. Rochester, NY Aug. 1834. I would so appreciate it if someone could find early history Monroe Co. with these names in it to start a paper trail. I live in IA and would do research here or whatever is fare.
