He's Selim, Seline, Selina in the census...sorta like my ggg grandmother Bulia....they only got it right once in the census :) Anyway I found Selim in Rochester Directory, carpenter, for 1889 & 1890. 1901 Pr Edward Seline 44, Maggie 42, Anna M 17, Hattie A 8 and in 1911 Hillier indexed as Selina Hake 54, Corintha 45, Nathan Rose 82, father-in-law. Corintha's marriage & death recs have her father as William Rose tho. Death rec shows her as CorinthIa, widow b 27 Dec 1866 d 18 Nov 1932 Pr Edw cardiac failure due to bronchial asthma, informant G? F? Brickman, brother-in-law, dau of Wm Rose & ___Babcock. It says she was resident there 22 years so that brings us back to 1890....maybe they were in Rochester just a short time & then went back to Canada? Couldn't find anything else...hope it helps! Vicky
