I don't know if this will work out for you, but maybe a clue or two. I checked the census record for Monroe Co. NY , for 1930, and the following:
1930 NY, Monroe co. Rochester, Dist 107, image 38

184/331 Peter Micca 48. mar#1atage39, b IT. imm 1904 naturalized, Foreman R.R.Station
Josephine 33. mar#1atage26, b IT. imm 1921 NA.
Cathrine 8 NY
Joseph 6 "
Rose 3 11/12 NY
Louis 1 6/12 NY
Louis Marabito father-in-law 70 wd, b IT, imm 1921 AL.
On Ancestry Family Trees:
Pietro Micca b 14 Dec 1880, Serratretta Catanzarro (region) Italy, died 1 Jan 1961 Rochester New York married , Josephine Marabito, b 21 Jan 1897 Geosa Reggio Calabria (Province) Italy. Died 24 oct 1952 Rochester NY. Had a living son who married a living BiBaudo, who had a son John Micca, living. No further data.
I find that the son Louis b 12 nov 1928 Rochester, married Phyllis Joan Timme, so perhaps not the farther of you John.
Daughter Rose was born 9 may 1922 Rochester, did not give a married name.
I checked the passenger lists but it did not seem to bring up the right people, perhaps the spelling of the names did not match with what I put in.
