I saw a family tree at Genealogy.com that shows Isabelle was b Brockport & in Mendon Cemetery, Monroe NY there is a Cora A Eckler w/o Frank Cole....thinking maybe the Coles & Ecklers had ties...maybe a slight lead.
I've researched my own Cole family and must tell you that there are many many variants - Cool, Coal, Kool, Kohl etc.
I am hoping this will help a bit for Naomi/Noame. Vicky in AZ
