Hi,
Looking for any information on Francis Snyder who was the first constable of Perth NY in 1838. He had a daughter by Jane Filkens (Filkins) named Kimmie Ann Filkins in Saratoga in 1842. Would appreciate any info on him or his/her family. Thanks,
