Thanks. Now I need to determine if Luther Franklin died in Oneida County, New York or if he is the Luther that appears in Vigo county, Indiana on the 1820 census. I now know that Mexico, New York had an epidemic in 1812 that took people lives. I don't know if there is a cemetery where all the dead was buried during that epidemic. Also I now know that in 1811 Luther Franklin was listed on a tax list in Mexico Oswego County, New york. His land number was 107 and it was a part of the Scriba Patent land. I wonder if there is is any record which shows when that land was sold.
