I am trying to locate a Paul King who lived in Oneida co. NY. He was in foster care. The family he stayed with were named Collins. He went to the Oneida Castle School.
He would have been born about 1944 or 1945. He lived with the Collins family till about the age of 7 or 9 yrs old. I am trying to locate Paul because we have some pictures of him as a child and thought he may like to have them. HE HAD A NICK NAME... so if you contact me.. I need to know what that name is.
