I'm looking for any information on the George Andrew KING and Amanda (DAILEY) family that lived in Ontario County from about 1890-1908. They are on the 1900 census from Manchester. They had 12 children, but several died young. The names we know are David, Julia, (m.Fred Bells), Francis (Frank) J, John Durfee Sherman, (our grandfather, b.Jan. 18, 1877 in Newark, Wayne, NY), Maude (m. Nehemiah Reynolds), AraBelle,(m.August Heideman),Gladys, May, and Lucy. In a 1910 census, Amanda and some of the children are in Arcadia, Wayne, NY. The only other information I have is that George's mother's name was Aurilla, and he had a sister named Sarah King. Aurilla married Ira Willet around 1859 and had a daughter Helen with him. If anyone has any info about this family I would love to hear from you. I would especially like to know which county George came from in NY, so that I can trace the family name back further. There are so many George King's, I am posting messages in the counties where he had some residency, in hopes of finding someone who can help. Thank you in advance.
