Many thanks for your posting.

Unfortunately, I have not received anything. Did you send it via snail mail (vice email)? If so, do you know the date you sent it and from where? I live in Sterling, VA - a Washington, DC suburb to the NW (about 30 miles out). Sometimes, our mail seems to get here about 1-2 days later than one would expect for some reason.

I am anxiously awaiting it nonetheless! And, I truly do appreciate your time and effort to do run it down and send it!
