My Daniels were in West Bloomfield at the same time as Gad, and came from Vt but I haven't been able to establish the connection. John Daniels Sr married Pheobe Miller 1796 in Rutland Co VT ...Phoebe lived in Addison Rutland Vt. Daughter's Wealthy and Ruth married the Paull brothers....David and Zebedee and lived in West Bloomfield.
One census indicates Wealthy's father was from Ct...which fits with Gad's family as well. The Millers were from Rehobath MA. Moulton, Aaron, Pheobe sibling...is all I have right now, children of Aaron Miller and Ruth Ingalls.
Phoebe Miller and John Daniels had: Mahala (married Isaac Farwell moved to Illinois), Ruth and Wealthy, Nelson, and John Daniels Jr c 1820 NY. Pheobe Miller Daniels living with son John Jr (and wife) and her brother Aaron Miller 1850 Stephenson co IL Mahala and husband lived very close.
