Do you have access to ancestry? There are some trees there for Jacob & Tinia that say Jacob d 20 Aug 1851 in Franklin, MI & Tinia d 22 Sep 1847 Richmond, Ontario, NY. I think she may have died in MI tho because:
Membership Roll of the First Congregational Church & Society of Clinton (Lenawee) Michigan....

Also, Temperance Wimple by letter of the Congregational Church, Litchfield (CT) May 1850 Temperance 56 b CT appears in the 1850 census of Franklin MI with Jacob 68 b NY & Martha Roberts 22 b MI & Amelia Roberts 16 B MI. So she must have been his second wife - maybe she was also the mother of the Roberts children?
At findagrave.com Jacob is buried in East Cemetery, Clinton, MI d 20 Aug 1851 age 69y 2m 6d, "husband of Temperance."
Temperance married 28 Oct 1852 in Hill Co., MI Elihu Mills.
From History of Ontario County by Lewis Cass Aldrich 1893: Philia G Wimple b 1/18/1813 - d 1890 m 04 Oct 1838 in Franklin MI Wheeler Reed and had 8 children (apparently they settled on Reed property in Richmond & raised the family there) She was a daughter of Jacob Wimple who came from the Mohawk Valley and grand-daughter of Nathaniel Harmon who came from VT.
In 1840 Franklin MI Jacob has 1 male 10-15, 1 male 20-30, 1 male 50-60 2 females 15-20 & 1 female 50-60.
One tree shows a sister for Philia - Louisa b 1817 Richmond d 1843 not given. If you would like Philia's children I could retrieve that info for you.
There was a Jacob Wimple who served in the War of 1812 12th Regiment (Boughton's) NY Militia as a Private....there might be some pension records for him.
