I found the family in 1910 and 1920 but at 'quick glance' I did not locate them in 1930.

The Orleans County GenWeb site is wonderful and may have information. It does have a couple of Tanner deaths that appear to be your family. Also posted there is an obit for Herbert Charles Tanner killed in WW II, a son of Catherine Tanner of Lyndonville and Alonzo Tanner of Lockport.
