Mexico, Oswego County, NY 1812 Epidemic question

I have read that there was an an 1812 epidemic whose symptons resembled Asiatic Cholera. I'm wondering if there is a list of people who died in this epidemic. If not is there a cemetery in the area where all these people would have been buried in that year. If so is there someone available to do a cemetery lookup? I know that L. Franklin was on the 1810 census in Oneida County, New York. I know that Luther Franklin is listed on the 1811 tax record in Mexico, Oswego County, New York. I also know that he recieved a will settlement in 1811 while living in Mexico, Oneida county, New York. He was not on the 1820 census. There is a Luther Franklin in Vigo County, Indiana on the 1820 census.---the age is close enough to be that of Luther in Mexico. I need to make certain that Luther Franklin of Mexico did not die. Is there a way to check to see if his property was sold? Since he is on the 1811 tax record he had a piece of the Scriba's Patent. His number was 107. I understand that the Scriba Papers was archived.
