Looking for information on descendants of General Morris..
Gen Morris was son of George Pope Morris 1802-1862, and Mary W. Hopkins. He graduated from West Point in 1851.
Morris Family Crypt is located in Cold Springs NY.
Hoping to figure out dates of those buried in family Crypt.
Children of George P. Morris known so far: Georgia Morris Cole, and William H. Morris. Also believe another daughter was Ida Morris..
General Morris's wife was Catherine (Hoffman) Hyatt.
Any leads greatly appreicated..
