Attempting to determine if Herbert Goff, listed as deceased in 1984 by SS in Flushing, Queens Co, NY was possibly born in Cuba KS, May 1893 is the son of Charles Newell Goff from WI. Have found a Herbert Goff living in Antigo WI in the 1900 WI census born May 1893. If this is the same Herbert Goff, he would have been the brother of my husbands grandfather Elton Charles Goff, other siblings on the census are Ernest L, Carrie M and Ella L.
