He had been there since at least June 1917, when he filed his WWI draft registration. In 1920, a Zelma Passmore was a roomer in the Arthur BOLIGAN home in Queens. She was 24, bp NJ, both parents bp TN and a school teacher. On August 27, 1929, Zelma married Raymond SOEHNEL in Queens, NY. Their marriage cert is #3009.
