The 1930 census for Glen Head, Nassau Co. shows a Maude Francis, age 1 year, 10 months, living with her mother Mary Francis, age 28, who is widowed. Also with Mary are her other children Nellie, 10, Alice, 8, Mary, 5,& George, 3. Also in the home is John Francis,Sr., age 72, listed as father-in-law. All were born in NY. This census was taken on April 8th.
In 1920 in Glen Cove, Nassau, Co is George Francis, age 29, Mary, 18, Nellie, 5 months. Also with them is John Francis, age 64. All born NY with parents born NY. George`s occupation is house carpenter.
