any chance of 1915 and 1920 census lookup?

I am trying to locate an ANTHONY SMITH who rented a room from his friend, JOHN ALEXANDER, at 156 Elkhorn Street, Howard Beach, Long Island, New York in 1920. I don't know if he was there in 1915. I would like to know if he shows up in the household of JOHN ALEXANDER and who else was staying there at the time. SMITH would have been 25ish in 1915; I don't know how old ALEXANDER would have been. The other part of my enquiry is that SMITH was not this man's real name. He was a Russian whose name was something like Chumljakef or Dghimilef or possibly with an "ov" ending instead of the "ef" ending. He came to the U.S. in 1913. Any chance of a look-up by someone? Many thanks. Linda
