Iam trying to verify the parentage of Edward Burrowes, born circa 1651, in Jamaica,Queens County, Long Island, NY. He married Mary Higby in 1676. I have him as the son of John Burrowes and Joanna Jessup (source: FHL, Salt Lake City.) Can anyone verify this? Thanks!
