Carolee,
Carpenter Ave. is now 198 Street & Choctaw Ave. is now 89 Avenue in Hollis. Per the Sanborn atlases, house at NW corner known as 88-50 198 St. is or was 2 1/2 story frame with open front porch, 1-story frame extension across rear of structure and two turrets - one at front, south corner of house & one at rear, SW corner of house. This is only information I have. Adjacent house to north, 88-44 198 St., is or was similar. If you are looking to find a home for the plans, the Queens Historical Society or the Queens Borough Public Library in Jamaica are suitable places for you to donate.
