~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My maternal grandmother, Rose FARRELLY, came to America in 1910. She states that she is coming to meet her sister at the Flushing Institute in Flushing, Long Island, NY.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<> One source states that Flushing Institute is a boys` school in Flushing, NY. Episcopal. Est. in 1828.

<> Another source states that Flushing Institute is "a ladies seminary" in Flushing, Queens Co., NY.

<> Another source states that Flushing Institute in Flushing, NY was est. in 1843.

<> Flushing Institute was located at Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing, NY.

<> Flushing Institute was "one of the most exclusive schools in the nation".

Can anyone clear up this matter for me?

[I`ve tried every search engine that I know about.]
