I was born and raised in Queens, and I can tell you it means a lot to see the messages on the New York State & County boards from all over the country, and even all over the world. Re the cemetery: There are many huge cemeteries in Queens and Brooklyn. The easiest way to find where she is buried is to get the death certificate from the New York City Dept of Health. It will state in what cemetery she was buried, and date of burial. Follow directions on their webpage. You must send a copy of signed, photo ID (like a photostat of your driver's license).
