Queens County - how do I get an obit by mail?

Hello!
In the county where I live in PA, one can write to our local Historical Society and for a very small fee, they will send you a copy of an obit if you give name and a dod. I looked at Queens resources online and the only listing I saw for a Historical Society did not mention anything about mail orders. Does anyone have experience obtaining an obit for this county? I hate to think I have to drive all the way down there in person for one obit. Much obliged for any help you can give.
