Queens
My grandfather was James Tracey Flaherty who
lived 1890 to 1965. He was with the Penn RR
between 1905 and 1948. He was Yardmaster at
Sunnyside Yard and Assist.Trainmaster @ Penn
Station during the War years. His mother was
Mary Agnes Tracey and father Michael Tracey.
Mary Agnes Tracey's, 1871 to 1937, parents
were Michael Tracey and Mary Madden. His father's parents were James Flaherty and a
Canerey. Their church was St.Raphael, Blissville, NY, or Long Island City. My great grand father Michael Flaherty had a florist
shop near Calvary Cemetery with Cassidy and
Kavanaugh.
Any help will be appreciated
John Kelley
