I have an unknown Russell, married into
the Bissell family of Connecticut. Here
it is:

5) George Bissell & ? Russell

4) George Russell Bissell & Rose Reichert

3) Aleine Bissell & Arthur George Seibert,SR.

2) Arthur George Seibert,JR. & Barbara
Nonnenberg

1) Robert Charles Seibert
