Weedfald/Andersen divorce in Lansingburg/Troy, c. 1903-09

We are looking for proof of a divorce of family members
Emanuel Weedfald and his wife, Else Marie Andersen, both Danish immigrants. Apparently, they married in Troy about
1895, had several children, returned to Denmark, and he came back to U.S. Emanuel [referred to as Ejnar Emanuel in
official documents] married Lillian Anderson in 1910 in Orange, N.J. It's possible the divorce was in Denmark, but
Familysearch.org says it was in Lansingburg/Troy.

Would appreciate any help with this. Am a distant family member and am unsure if that degree of separation prevents me from getting approx. 100-year-old public doc.
