I am searching for proof of the parentage of Jotham Post, b. abt 1776 d. 1856, father of Daniel E. Post, b. abt 1801.

Also searching for proof of Jotham Post's marriage to Sarah Wigg. Jotham and Sarah are buried in Palmyra, New York.

Family genealogists are listing Richard Post and Hannah Beddle as parents for this Jotham Post, however, the dates do not match up. Richard Post's son, Jotham was born abt. 1740.

If anyone is researching this family, please contact me. Any new information is always welcome.
