"Teasers" singing group of Gouverneur in 1880s?

Found in a Meyeur family photo album of the 1880s, a photo
of eleven (dandy) young men probably in their 20s who apparently
entertained in the Gouverneur area. Anyone know
who they are or want a copy of the photo of these eleven
unidentified young men?
