Elizabeth was born Sep 1859 per 1900 US Census
She was the d/o Leon/Napoleon Plamondon & Aurelia <maiden name unknown>.
She is shown as age 12 in the 1870 USC at Massena/PO Stockholm, indexed as STAMIDORE.
Elizabeth died 18 Dec 1942, age 88.

2. UNKNOWN - born after 1880 USC, died 22 Oct 1897
3. MINNIE - born Jan 1884 per 1900 USC. Married @1917 to JOHN DOWNEY, s/o Alexander Downey & Emelina <maiden name unknown>. The only children born to Minnie & John that I found records for were Robert @1918, listed as age 2 in the 1920 USC and age 12 in the 1930 USC; and Francis @1929 who was age 1 in the 1930 USC and is listed on the SSDI as Francis E., born 9 Jul 1928, died 14 Aug 1999. The SSDI shows Minnie Downey as born 2 Oct 1894 and died Feb 1978; it shows John Downey as born 1 Jan 1892 and died Jan 1980.
4. FRANCIS/FRANK - born Jun 1890 per the 1900 USC. Married 14 Aug 1913, recorded at Notre Dame Church of Ogdensburg, to Elizabeth “Bessie” McPherson, d/o Daniel McPherson & Harriet <maiden name unknown>. Frank & Elizabeth resided most of their married lives in Syracuse (Onandaga County). They did not have any children. Frank’s occupation per his obituary was “taxi man”. Frank died 22 Nov 1959, age 69. Elizabeth died 12 Jun 1941.
5. HELENE/LILIAN LELEVIA/”Lily” - born 23 Jan 1882 per 1900 USC, which cites her as Lillie LAHAM, where she is 18 and a servant in the household of James Lytle. She married as HELENE on 15 May 1902, recorded at Notre Dame Church of Ogdensburg, to JOSEPH ALFRED/FRED/FREDERICK LASSIAL, s/o Frederick Lassial & Rose <maiden name unknown>. They had an unnamed daughter die 4 Aug 1900 along with the following children: Robert - @1903; Joseph - @1904 - 13 Jan 1904 to Feb 1981 per SSDI; Lillian - @1905/6; Hector - @1905/6 - 26 Mar 1907 to Jul 1972 per SSDI; Blanche - @1909/10; Leon - @1912; Charlotte - @1914/1915; Beatrice - @1917; Dorothy - @1919; and Frank - @1924. I do not have death dates for Helene/Lily or Joseph Alfred.
6. ELIZABETH - born Sep 1878 per 1900 USC, born 11 Sep 1878 per correspondent Cheryl. Died 3 Feb 1948 per correspondent Cheryl. Married 6 Jan 1898, recorded at Notre Dame Church of Ogdensburg to JOSEPH GALARNEAU, s/o Pierre Galarneau & Philomene/Fanny <possibly Lavallee or Cotuan>. The Galarneau name has been distorted to GARNO, undoubtedly based on the pronunciation. Elizabeth & Joseph had one unnamed child die before 1910 and had the following survivors: Theodore H. - @1902; Henry Joseph - @1904 - obit cites him as Joseph Henry, age 53, born 20 Mar 1904, died 29 Jun 1957; George Harold - @1908; Wilfred - @1911; and Lucinda - @1916.
7. MARIE MELISE - born @1884. She is not with her parents in the 1900 USC. I suspect she was a servant in some household but I was not able to locate her despite a variety of search methods. Marie Melise married on 14 Apr 1909, recorded at Notre Dame Church of Ogdensburg to CHARLES FABIEN SAUVE, s/o Henry Sauve & Marie <maiden name unknown>. Marie Melise died on Thursday, 20 Jul 1911 of tuberculosis. Her obit clearly states her as d/o Joseph Laflamme & Elizabeth Plamondon and that she was survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Charles Sauve remarried before 1920 to Rose <maiden name unknown>.
That completes the info I have on Joseph JR & Elizabeth Plamondon.
