Continuing with the children of Joseph Laflamme & Isabelle Lalime/Larime/Labine:
SALOMON - Born Dec 1855 per 1900 USC
Died 26 Dec 1923
Married 1st on 4 Oct 1876 to EMMA GIRARD, d/o Joseph Girard & Ella/Helene <maiden name unknown>. Emma was born Jun 1857 per the 1900 USC. Emma died 12 Jan 1905, age 47. She was the mother of all of the children.
Married 2nd to MARGUERITE/MARGARET <maiden name unknown> sometime after the 1910 USC and before the 1920 USC.

1870 USC - Soleman, w/his parents, age 14

Children of Salomon & Emma:
1. HENRY GEORGE/GEORGE HENRY - born @1877, died 22, buried 24 Sep 1882 at age 5 years.
2. SALOMON WILLIAM - born Mar 1880 per 1900 USC. Married after 1910 USC to MARIE AMABLE KELLY. I have not determined her parentage. He died 26 Jul 1913. I do not know if they had any children.
3. LULA - born May 1883 per 1900 USC. I have not found anything further on her except that she might have been the wife of Elzear Martelle.
4. EDOUARD/EDWARD - born Oct 1885 per 1900 USC. Married 26 Oct 1906 to IDA/EDITH SAUVE, born Jul 1886, d/o Eugene/Ludger Sauve & Emelie Denis. Edward and family were settled in Syracuse by the 1910 USC, found there again in the 1920 USC, and lastly were in Lafayette (Onandaga County) in the 1930 USC. Edward & Ida/Edith had the following children: Leona - @1908, died young; Edward - @1910; Beatrice - @1912; Anna - @1915; William - @1920; Henry - @1925; and Ernest - @1926. Per the SSDI:
Edward, 9 Oct 1885 to Aug 1966; William, 25 Sep 1919 to Oct 1981; Ernest C., 12 Nov 1926 to 20 Nov 2002.
5. JOSEPH HENRY - born Jan 1891 per 1900 USC as Henry of age 9. Died 30 Oct, buried 1 Nov 1911.

In the 1930 USC, Margaret Laflam, 2nd wife and widow of Solomon, is age 79 and residing with Helen Lavoie. Helen is cited as age 78, widowed, and Sister-in-law to Margaret. Helene/Helen/Ellen was married to Joseph Alexandre/Leandre Lavoie. Her maiden name was GIRARD and she was sister to Emma Girard, the 1st wife of Solomon. Interesting twist that some of these family lines take! I have been unable to determine Marguerite’s parentage.
That completes the info that I have on Solomon & Emma.
