I am searching for data on wife and children of Miles Washburn, b. 6 Nov 1774, bap. 11 Nov 1775 in Amenia, Dutchess County, NY. He may have resided in Balston, Saratoga County abt. 1790.
In particular, I'm seeking to confirm that my ggg grandfather, Samuel Washburn is/is not Miles' son. Samuel was b. abt. 1810 in NY and migrated to Canada West in 1819. Samuel may have had an older brother Joseph/Joel b. abt. 1807, presumably also in NY. I know that Joseph/Joel's father was Miles Washburn, perhaps the aforementioned Miles.
Miles is the s/o Daniel Washburn, b. 14 Apr 1726 in Plympton, MA. Daniel m.1 Patience Washburn (1st cousin), and m.2 Mary (Unknown) Miles is the s/o of Mary.
Daniel's father is Miles Washburn, b. Bridgewater, MA; m.1 Susanna Perry; m.2 Mrs. Reliance Tobee.
I would love to hear from you if you have any information that will shed some light on this search. I will gladly share volumes of data on the descendants of Samuel's 13 children.
