A remote chance I have "connect" with your early Washburn's.

I have a Mary Washburn (b. abt. 1792, d. 14 Dec 1843, bur. Methodist Cemetery, Lake Luzerne, Warren Co., NY).

She married Horace Sturdevan, an older brother of my ggg Grandfather James Sturdevan who was b. 4 July, 1789 in Dutchess Co., NY, d. 18 Mar. 1873. There are four other brothers, all born in Dutchess Co. Horace and James removed to Luzerne, Warren Co. and Hadley, Saratoga Co. respectfully.

Horace and Mary (Washburn) Sturdevan had 10 children. I have info on them.

You stated your Miles Washburn may have resided in Saratoga County in 1790. This would fit with Mary's approx. birthdate and proximity to future husband Horace.
