Dowen/Doane

I am looking for any information of a Dowin/Dowen or Doan/Doane family which may have lived in Saratoga County in the late 1700's or early 1800's. I am interested in a Mahetabell Doane/Dowin who married William Gibbs Jr in 1801 Half Moon by a justice of the peace John Stevens. A son William was born to them in 1803 and then a John D. Gibbs born in Stillwater in 1805. James was born in 1807. Around 1809 the family lived at a place called Clifton Park on the Mohawk River near Niscauna for about two years. In 1809 Benjamin was born and in 1811 Sally (Sarah) was born. William seems to have left his wife for another woman in Charleston or Curry's Bush after this and is not found after this period. Mahetabell is in Otsego, Otsego County in 1819. Thank you.
