Phyllis,

The 1840 census shows three West men in the town of Milton; Justus, John & William. Justus & William appear on the same page (81). John is on pg. 85. Justus` age is in the 30-40 group which is consistent with the Justus West shown on this database at WorldConnect: http://tinyurl.com/53e39n

In 1830 there are two wests in Milton, Justus H., pg. 23 & David, pg. 24. David is in the 20-30 age group as is Justus.
