Would like to identify the parents of George H. Decker
brother of Frank Decker
Obituary for George reads:
George H. Decker
BOOTHWYN, Pa. — George H. Decker, 90, of Boothwyn, Pa., died on Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000, at Crozier-Chester Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabelle, in 1998.
Mr. Decker was a dairy farmer in Jefferson, N.Y., until his retirement in 1969.
While living there, he served for many years as a member of the local school board, the town board and as a justice of the peace. The couple moved to the Boothwyn, Pa., area in the mid-1980s.
Survivors include a daughter, Sally Decker of Wilmington, Del.; a brother, Frank A. Decker; a sister, Mary Helen Veley of Cobleskill, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private.
