Tuckers in Schoharie Co., NY

Charity Ann Tucker was born 9 Jul 1807 in Schoharie Co., NY. She died in Burt Co., NE (probably in Decatur) after 1880 and before 1900. Charity married Talcott Alderman Griffin. I know they had more that one child, but I'm only know one of them by name: Dewitt Clinton Griffin.

In the 1810 census for Schoharie Co., there is a Joshua Tucker. There are two females under 10, which Charity would have been. There is a C. Tucker., J. Tucker, and J. Tucker, Jr. in Cherry Valley, Ostego, NY. but none have any females Charity's age.

In the 1820 census for Schoharie Co., there is a Charles Tucker. There is one female of 10 and under 16 (Charity would have been about 13 years old). The only Joshua Tuckers I found were in Ostego, Seneca and Washington Counties and only the Ostego and Seneca Joshuas had females Charity's age.

In the 1830 census for Schoharie co., there is a Charles Tucker.

I didn't see any Tuckers in 1840 in Schoharie Co.,

I wonder if Joshua and Charles are the name person. Their ages are pretty close.

The 1880 census shows that Charity was born in NY and so was her mom. It's hard to read where her dad was born but it looks like it could be Massachusetts or Mississippi.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
