Looking for Nehemiah Veal who married Mary Archer. Probably a descendent of the Veal (Vail) family descended from Thomas Vail or Jeremiah Vail. Not found in any of the usual Vail genealogies. Found in the Alfred Vail Index Reference p118 and on the 1790 census of Clinton, Dutchess Co. New York. Children were Daniel, John, Freelove, Abigail, and Elihu. Elihu died a young man. Daniel married Elizabeth Reed, John married Elizabeth Dusenbury, Freelove married Elias Doty, and Abigail married Daniel Lawrence. Nehemiah moved to Canada sometime after 1790 with 2nd wife, unk Deane. Only Abigail joined him.
