Is the marriage record you are referring to the one that appears on p.57 of Barber’s Records of the Associated Church of Mongaup Valley? If so, the copy I’m using reads Hannah E. Miller without the Carrie. Making the marriage record and her gravestone coincide. Hope that helps to clear up any mystery.

You had asked in an earlier posting for the source of the marriage of George Margison & Gertrude Van Keuren. It can be found on p.59 of the above Records.
