Marriage Index - Tioga Co. ca. 1830's-1840's

Anyone aware of a marriage index for Tioga County which would include the referenced period? I can't seem to find any such compilation. Does the county vital records office have early marriages indexed or would one need a precise date in order to obtain a copy (if existent)? I assume that the county clerk or similar office is where the early records are kept. I have checked out the county website but just can't seem to find specific information so maybe there is someone on this board who has experience researching in Tioga County who can help. Any suggestions appreciated.
