Factoryville

I was just studying some families that lived in Bradford County, PA, who married in to families at Nichols, Litchfield, and Factoryville, NY.
Where is Factoryville located in comparison to the other places? (The children of Zuliema Flower and George Walker, Jr. were born at Factoryville and are buried at the "East Waverly-Factoryville" Cemetery.) One person says that Factoryville was in Essex County, NY. I find it hard to believe that people from Essex County, shared a cemetery with people from East Waverly, NY. Or is there a Waverly and an East Waverly, with the later being in the eastern part of the State of New York?
