Morse born "on the Cape", Ulster County

I am researching the family of Calvin Morse of Wawarsing. Several obituaries of his sons refer to their having been born "on the Cape". Since I have traced this family from from the 1850 census to several deaths in the 1920's and 30's, in Ulster County, I am assuming that "the Cape" is somewhere in Ulster County. I would like to know where the Cape was. Thank you!
