I believe that Warren Allen who m. Phebe is this man: Warren A. (obit.) or R. Allen, b. Luzerne 4 June 1828 (t.s.) or c. 1831-3 (cens.) to Abel P. and Mary (Cornell) Allen; he d. at home, 28 Washington St., Glens Falls, at 4:45 p.m. 30 Jan. 1915 (v.r.), bur. Glens Falls Cem.; he was called a 70-year resid. of Glens Falls at death; m. betw. 1850-55, Phoebe Ann Baldwin, b. St. Lawrence Co. in 1826; she d. at home in Mechanicville 5 April 1911, in 83rd yr. (Post Star, v.r.), bur. with him. Phoebe was survived by niece Mrs. George Starbuck of 35 Sherman Ave., Glens Falls; they were both survived by adopted son Frost D. Allen (b. Glens Falls 29 July 1877 to William Coward and Juceala Baker, per his Social Security application; res. Glens Falls in 1915).
Cannot identify the Warren Allen who m. Julia and was at Queensbury in 1860.
