I did not find anything on Pardon Dailey. Argyle was divided into three towns Argyle, Greenwich, and Fort Edward.
In the 1790 census for Argyle I found
Parson Dailey, William Dailey, Samuel Dailey, Jeremiah Dailey, apparently living near each other.

Jeremiah may be the one who moved to Queensbury by 1800. There is a will in Warren Co., NY for Jeremiah Dailey that may give you a clue. You can leave a query on the genweb site and maybe someone can find it for you.

Wood Creek Cemetery 1.5 miles north of Comstock turn off.
Samuel Daley 1738-15 Oct 1805 67 yrs

Argyle
LOt 49 & 50
book K 94-July 4, 1801 William Dayly bought 55 acres of lots 49 & 50 from Joseph Elliot of Schenectady. Wm Dayly was in Argyle for a short time and sold the lots in 1804 to Samuel Barkley
