Henry H. Sanders, son of William, was b. Canada (cens.) or North Hudson c. 1850 (cens.) or June 1852 (1900c) and d. suddenly at the King Hotel, Hudson Falls, the morning of 5 Jan. 1917; he was called formerly of Troy and had been doing construction work at Hudson Falls for three months before his death; bur. Union Cem., Fort Edward. He m. North Hudson 21 July 1877 Mary J. Casau, b. French Canada in June 1860. Listed at Luzerne in 1900 was Henry H. Sanders, 48, farmer, with wife Mary, 39, she mother of ten, eight then alive, both b. French Canada, and children Katie M., Walter L. [b. Jan. 1883], Henry H., Chester A., Leroy, Warren C., Andrew and Allen, and grandson Howard C. Sanders, b. May 1900. He was a shipyard carpenter, listed at Luzerne in 1910 (p. 251A, B) with wife and children Henry H., Chester A., Leroy S., Warren C., Andrew J., and Allen A. and grandson Howard, b. May 1900. Children:

i Kate b. Feb. 1880.
ii Walter Lee b. Jan. 1883; d. 1965, bur. Riverside Cem., Fort Miller; m. Lena Bristol, b. 1888; d. 1940; listed at Fort Miller in 1920 was Walter L. Sanders, electrician, with wife Lena W. and children Kenneth, Richard, Malcolm, Elizabeth, Helene, Lindon W., Elsie J. and Evelyn L.; children: Kenneth E. (b. c. 1908; res. Latham), Richard L. (b. 27 May 1909; d. Glens Falls Hospital 2 Jan. 1985, ae. 75, a resid. of Fort Miller, bur. Riverview Cem.; m. Margaret M. Brockway, b. 13 Aug. 1913; d. 25 July 1989, bur. with him; he worked for United Board and Carton Co. at Thomson; he was survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; he was survived by children Richard L. Jr. of Amsterdam, Robert of Middle Falls and dau. Ann, who m. Terry VanArnum and res. Fort Miller), Malcolm B. (b. c. 1911; res. Fort Miller), Elizabeth M. (b. c. 1913; m. ----- LaMore and res. Whitehall), Helene E. (b. c. 1915; note Helene, b. 8 Aug. 1914; d. Jan. 1977, a resid. of Lake George; prob. m. William Grant; son Garry William Grant d.15 Oct. 2006; see obit.), Lindon W. (or Linden; b. c. 1916; res. Mechanicville), Elsie J. (m. ----- Cheney and res. Waterford), Elsie J. (b. c. 1918), Evelyn L. (b. c. 1919; m. ----- Chipkowski and res.
