I have read that Isaac and Sarah Hoyt Odell were the parents of Justice Caleb Odell of Powells Fort, Virginia!
I also have read where the children of Isaac and Sarah
were Isaac, Caleb, Simon, and ??? I don't remember the others by name!
I also have read where Isaac Odell died in 1763 in
Westchester Co., NY.
Now for the MYSTERY ODELL,I think that this is my family line, and I would like to see a Will or something! Maybe someone can tell me where it may be aquired?
My Odell Ancestor was in Powells Fort on Passage Creek as early as 1752! When he was named as a chain carrier with Joseph Langdon on the survey crew of Robert Rutherford
My Odell Ancestor in 1763,was named with Caleb Odell as
chain carriers on a survey crew on Passage Creek!
