Hi Again Jeanne,
I got it. Many, many thanks for this, now means I have a date of death, and yet another name that she used - this woman has been a big brick wall to me due to the fact that she was originally named Honor Ann Jane, then just used Ann Jane or Ann, obviously at some point she decided to change to Anna and incorporate her Maiden Name of Innes in there as well.
Now I can hopefully send off for a copy of her Death Certificate, and possibly try and find any living relations who may still be out there.
