The O'Bannon family below and the Meredith family I am researching were linked by marriage and lived in close proximity in Wilkinson Co, GA during the late 1700's and first half of the 1800's. However, the O'Bannon's appear to have left the area not long after the Civil War.
I am trying to identify the antecedents of of John, as well as trace the family once they left Wilkinson Co.
Any help appreciated.
