The Obelrin House Museum
FYI to anyone with Oberlin ancestors in Ohio. There is a museum in Canal Fulton, OH called the Oberlin House, which was the home of Sarah and Christian Oberlin. The house is a salt-box, built in 1847.The home was donated to the Canal Fulton Heritage Society by their decendants about 30 years ago to serve as an example of how early pioneer living was.
Ironically, my home, ( a restored Victorian, built in 1880) sits directly behind it.
Let me know if I can help anyone.
