According to the 1910 Census John & Maggie were in School District 66, Aiken County. They had Johnnie, Lawrence,Ethel, and Viola. Between 1920-1930 they moved across the Savanna River to Augusta and Johnnie married Marie and had 13 children. They lived on Jones Street, Reynolds Street in Downtown Augusta near 12th street. Later on 2-7-1947 Maggie was hit by a car and never returened to herself. She died 2-13-47 at the hospital never to walk home again.
